I was reading your stories in fanfiction and stumbled on your website link, so here I am. I find your blogs very inspiring because I&#039;ve always wondered if it was possible to actually be able to have this respectable and professional job that isn&#039;t related to cooking but at the same time be a cook. You see I&#039;m only 17 years old, and I&#039;ve always wanted to be a doctor, it has always been a dream of mine but at the same time I have this passion for cooking. I came from the Philippines but we migrated here in the States a year a go, so it&#039;s hard not to love food and cooking when it has always been a big part of our culture.

So your blog made me think, maybe my dreams weren&#039;t as impossible as i thought.

		<description>I just ran across your site and wanted to say hello!  I too am a lawyer/cook.  I think I&#039;d rather just be the cook, though.  I&#039;m also gluten-intolerant, which I discovered about a year ago.  I&#039;m at the point of not being able to eat the slightest bit.  So I&#039;ve been having fun getting creative in the kitchen.  Fortunately, my current job lets me keep reasonable hours (I work for the State), so I have time to cook.
