		<description>My favourite cookbook of all time is &#039;Apples for Jam&#039; by Tessa Kiros. I&#039;m not sure that I&#039;ve ever cooked anything from it, but if I&#039;m hungry and don&#039;t know what to make, it&#039;s always the first book I take down because it&#039;s just so nice to look through.
