June 28, that is.  Just a reminder.  Here’s the orig­i­nal announce­ment.  I am still check­ing out pic­nic sites and places with park­ing.  Details, soon, I promise!  In the mean­time, stock up on beach blan­kets, sun­screen, and charge those cam­era batteries!

    I am not sure if you want to stay in your area or are will­ing to ven­ture out just a bit but there is the Arse­nal Park behind the old Arse­nal in Water­town. It is not as nice as say the Arbori­tum but it does have a lot of park­ing, pic­nic tables and some shade too!

    Damn! I’m in Boston the week­end before. :( I’ll have vic­ar­i­ous ice cream in my neck of the woods but it won’t be as fun.
