Ham sandwich

I’m too tired tonight to cook real food, and I wanted some­thing chewy, so din­ner tonight was 1/2 a pack­age of soba noo­dles, cooked 7 mins., with topped & tailed & halved green beans thrown in to blanch the last 3 min­utes. Slopped into a bowl and topped with soy sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and a wee bit of dark sesame sauce… but at least I ate some veg­eta­bles, so that off­sets some of the carbs, right? (Just like a diet coke, against a Big Mac.)
